Carlos E. Tingle (OPM) Completes Congressional Operations Certificate from TheCapitol.Net
Carlos E. Tingle completed his certificate in Congressional Operations from TheCapitol.Net. The Certificate in Congressional Operations is awarded to participants in the program who have completed more than 75 hours of congressional related training.
Carlos Tingle is a Constituent Services Representative at the Rayburn House Office Building for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Congressional and Legislative Affairs Office.
“TheCapitol.Net has been a window of opportunity and knowledge for someone who did not fully understand many aspects of congressional operations. I have gained much from the courses and dynamic speakers,” said Mr. Tingle. “I enjoyed this experience and look forward to taking other courses in the future related to the congressional experience. I have and will continue to recommend others to TheCapitol.Net for an experience that can make a difference.”
